Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to All Over Bangladesh.

  • We are based in Dubai, however we have a warehouse in Dhaka , hence shipments all over Bangladesh is 100 taka

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (depending on region).

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available).

  • Domestic orders (if shipped from local fulfillment centers) may arrive faster.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or local holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may apply on select bundles or promotions (such as the Trio Bundle, Duo Bundle, or Focus & Energy Bundle).

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.

  • Evoq is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at batanaoil91@gmail.com with your order number.

  • For damaged items, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Special Notes by Product Category

  • Supplements (Alpha Brain, Pure NMN, Shilajit Gummies, Neupril, etc.): May be subject to customs checks. Ensure your country permits import before placing an order.

  • Devices (ZŌK Migraine Relief, BreatheLio Diffuser, Breathing Necklace, etc.): Delivered with standard packaging and user instructions.

  • Bundles (Trio, Duo, Focus & Energy, Vision Mojo, etc.): Ship together in one package unless otherwise stated.
